QUALITY CONTROL

Supplying top quality end product remains our daily priority. For that reason, the Quality Assurance Department controls all manufacturing processes while constantly looking for ways to improve them.

Although product conformity verification takes place throughout the manufacturing process, Quality Control personnel perform a final and thorough quality inspection upon production completion, just before shipping the order. They document every inspection and specify its extent. The report includes sample size, date, inspector’s name and a list of all control instruments used in the process.

Quality Control personnel regularly audits work processes to ensure they are properly accomplished, to inform employees and improve work methods.
